It was amazing. The food and service were truly awesome. I left off one star as it got very hot in the restaurant. Uncomfortably so for myself and my partner. Otherwise it's fantastic and will certainly try to go again.
The classic ambiance was perfect . Our server was attentive, thoughtful, respectful , and efficient . First class environment . The Diplomat restaurant deserves a 10 +++ out of 10 . The seafood was delicious, the tasty vegetable were cooked perfectly. The comprehensive selection of wine is amazing as is their online wine software . The flambé Monte Christo was the highlight of our dining experience .The next time I am in Regina , I would absolutely dine here .
