“We were here yesterday during Santa Claus parade, even the store was so busy all the staff was still smiling, attentive and accommodating. Specially GRACE SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL in the specials on the menu and helping me out how to use the offers on my app wisely. Will make sure comeback here and recommend this store to my friends and relatives.

“Wow! Fast , friendly service and the washroom has a button on the door for accessibility!
No tables are designated for wheelchairs, but there is plenty of space for maneuvering even a large chair or a stretcher. (I'm thinking of my brother's friend , Billy, as I'm typing this - he had a stretcher that he wheeled instead of a wheelchair.)
The accessible washroom is very spacious - great for wheelchairs or mums with strollers.
This location has two electrical plugs for charging with an adapter or USB cable.“
“275 Albert St. has the best service and staff around! Every time I go to other Tim's I compare, but this one's my fav. If you order on the Tim's app, it WILL be ready when you arrive. There is often a cue (due to no drive-through) but that is due to the high # of regulars like myself, and the line always moves quickly. The staff are friendly yet professional. Give this place a visit!“
“Went late at night. Sky was clear, flowers in the field blew in the wind. My friends and I decided to drive through the drive through. A nice man greeted us and took our order. Once we had completed our order we mistakenly forgot a drink so went through once more. The same hero of a man was taking our order and helped us use our gift card. Unfortunately we forgot a drink and forgot to scan my Tim’s reward points card for a second time so went through again. Yo Ik so what they say, third times the charm. The third time a different employee answered our calls, so I had to ask for my favourite employee again. Fortunately he was there shortly to take our order. Once again his service was superb, his smile was out of this world, and his voice was angelic. He took our order once again as an outstanding staple of Tim’s service. We tried giving him a tip for his understanding and amazing service but he simply said “no problem, it’s my job”. People like him don’t come often, and when they do it’s a pleasure to speak with them. This was an experience to remember and I will most definitely be returning to this location when ever I have a craving of my beloved sparkling blackberry yuzu fruit quencher. 3 star for each time we went through the drive through and the other two for his amazing service. If there were more stars to give I would give them all.“
“It's the same as most Tim Hortons locations. Decent quality food. Decent service. Brightly lit. They messed up my order by giving me things I didn't ask/pay for but they also gave me what I wanted. They told me to keep the extra. I ended up tossing it because cheese doesn't belong on eggs.“

“This Tim Horton's is magical, it's like Disney World for coffee lovers! It's a secret location that only the elite of Regina can go to, like myself. They have the stuff on their regular menu of course, but they also have pizza, ice cream, hamburgers, even FILET MIGNON! You name it, they'll make it! These are chefs sent from cafe heaven! Gordon Ramsey's Michelin restaurants could never! And then the activities... they have arcade games, pinball, merry go round, three different roller coasters. They even have the famous red Tim Horton's coffee cup walking around and you can wave to them and take selfies with them! Last time I went I got a selfie with the red cup AND the bagel belt! Not to mention the concerts. I'm going to see Our Lady Peace perform there next month! This Tim Horton's is fun for the whole family. I just wish everyone in Regina could experience the happiest place on Earth. Or at least, the happiest place in Regina. I can't wait to go back!“

“Service was quick and staff were polite. They do not have bagel sandwiches here, or at least not when I tried to order. I got my sandwich within 2 minutes of ordering. Impressive. Lineup wasnt bad either and they opened up a second cashier for even faster service. Considering it is one of only 2 options for food at the airport before 9am, I would say this is a good option.“

The accessible parking is conveniently located near accessible doors that operate with big round buttons.
Unfortunately, entering and exiting ggd washroom is not easy if you are in a wheelchair.
This location has an individual washroom for women, rather than the traditional stalls.
The baby change table looked clean too.“

“Just did the drive thru so I am not sure about the atmosphere. Food was OK, slightly overcooked eggs on our double stack english muffins today. Tim's are fairly close to identical whenever you go. You can't go wrong stopping here for coffee and food. We have dozens of times and it was the first time the food wasn't great. On all but today, this Tim's is highly recommended by us. You'll enjoy it. 99.97 percent of the time, everything is spectacular.“

Mona is always very efficient at the drive-thru window and Rane is always smiling. Her kindness is unmatched.
