My last in-store experience here was quite bad although to be fair they do a lot of drive through service and that is usually good. When I was there last time there were at least 5 staff members, but I just have stood waiting to order for at least 12 minutes before anyone approached or even looked at me. Once I placed my order, it took a fairly long time to fill it, and when I got home they had given me the wrong beverage.
Great service but the lime cilantro chicken wrap was unappetizing. What I received was not a representation of what was displayed in the picture. Way too much sauce and unappetizing half way through.

One of the worst stores. I ordered an Oreo Iced Capp and the store didn’t carry one and they made me a regular iced capp. when we arrived they straight up gave me the regular iced capp rather than even letting me know and when i told them this is not what i ordered she said we don’t have oreo and asked me if they can replace it and i asked if they can replace it with mocha iced capp and they just put mocha sauce in the regular iced capp and this is how they handed me the mocha...read full review
