Tim Hortons at 103 Albert St. N. Regina
This has to be the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. As I walked inside I notice that there is a double line waiting to purchase food & beverages. I proceeded to wait at the end of the line & it doesn’t appear to be moving. I note that patrons inside are cleaning their own tables before they sit down. The floors are filthy & all of the garbage containers inside are overflowing. There’s flies & wasps flying around everywhere bothering customers & the windows are all very dirty. There are 10-12 people tending to the drive-thru & no one at any of the cash registers taking orders which is why the line inside was barely moving. After what seemed like an hour standing in line I made my way up to the front. I ordered a large double double & a roast beef sandwich with cheese. After about another 10 minute wait (patience growing thin) I received my order & was lucky enough to find a small table by the window. Took a sip of my lukewarm coffee & bit into my sandwich. The bread was very dry & hard. This made me angry so I took my sandwich back to the counter to ask them to remake it with fresh bread. The girl I talked to was very rude & suggested that I quit complaining & just eat it anyways. After I raised my voice in complaint she agreed to have it remade. After a couple of minutes I was back at my table with the new sandwich. As I took my 1st bite I realized that it was very buttery! Opened my sandwich to see that they put a lot of butter on 1 side & none on the other side. I took my sandwich back a 2nd time, but this time I politely asked to speak to the day manager. He was also very rude to me as well.. After I explained to him about how my sandwich was prepared with butter on only 1 side, he had the nerve to tell me that if I wanted butter on the other side that this would cost me extra. Are you kidding me!? I’m a long time-loyal Timmies customer but I definitely won’t be coming back to this location in the future. I will also recommend to my family & friends to avoid this location.

While the drive-thru is quick, the corner stoplight often causes delays when it turns red, requiring cars to stop. Despite some parking and congestion issues, customers can expect decent service and a welcoming environment, but should be prepared for a bustling atmosphere.
