Wan Li Food offers great Chinese food with authentic Northeast taste. The menu includes chicken balls, deep fried shrimp, braised pork, salt & pepper squid, shrimp fried rice and a Chinese take out combo. Reviewers say the rice is a little different and the dishes are very very delicious. The portion size is incredible; four different dishes can easily feed five. The chef and the staff are kind, friendly and explain the dishes for people unfamiliar with authentic Chinese cuisine. Service is excellent and the staff even help translate the chinese menu with pictures and give a free homemade soup. The food is described as awesome, fantastic, out of this world, amazing, incredible, devine, delicious and superb. The restaurant has changed ownership and the taste is now more similar to a mom’s recipes, with to customize no pork fat, more spice, less salt or less oil. Many say it is the best chinese food in the city and a favorite place to return. The look may be simple but the food is not simple. People highly recommend and will be back.
