“I placed my order at 8:45 pm & my pick up time was 9:30pm. It was a meal for 2 which is a great deal & I arrived at the location 10 minutes prior to my pick up time abd the food was ready. It was fresh & the boy at the front who gave me the food made sure i have all the dipping sauces & ketchup and my preferred chicken.“

“Really good food as expected, KFC just has that tasty magic and this branch doesn't disappoint there(I've found with KFC that some branches tend to be higher quality food than others, this one has been top tier KFC each time).
I suggest ordering ahead though as it tends to be pretty slow, I'll often order about 5-10 minutes before I get there and I'm still usually waiting about 15-20 minutes more after I get there. Not even a crazy order, usually just chicken, popcorn chicken, and fries with whatever combo is best at the time. I'll also usually be standing there for 5-10 minutes before they even address that I'm there to see if I'm waiting for an order or not and sometimes I can just see at least 1 person standing there. I think they could probably be a bit better on the service side but dang that food is so good every time“

“I came through the drive-thru on May 28th at 2pm. I have to say, the service and food was the best I've ever had at KFC. I got the chicken fingers and they were seriously the best chicken fingers EVER. What really made my experience was the 2 amazing ladies in drive thru. They were so sweet to my dog, gave her a treat and they also made my experience a 10/10. They were friendly, kind and super efficient. They deserve a raise. Next time I'm heading out of town for work, I'll be grabbing lunch from KFC 8th st. 🙂“

“The Team at the midtown mall location has always been incredibly friendly and courteous and making sure we got the maximum value of the order, the service is also always quick and efficient and they always go out of their way to double check to make sure I leave satisfied and everything! “January 24 2023 The chicken was not greatest. It was very greasy where you could not eat it. This was the toonie Tuesday meals. plus also other popcorn chicken it was raw. l call them about they can not do anything about unless l bring it back to them. l did take pictures of it but it was not good enough for them. The price for all was . For the Toonie Tuesday meals where $40.38 and for the popcorn chicken $14.42. In the comments is a video which it would not let me share with the other pictures. So yes this is not great. When we spent this much on food and could not eat it. So yes l will make sure l go public with this. This is very bad service. We gad spent over $55.00 dollars. I will make sure the health board gets to see this also. l am not done. This is not right“

“We came last night for a bite and saw a guy working by himself. He was handling the orders and making the food. The guy before us we being incredibly rude to him not understanding that the restaurant was understaffed. Even after that the employee was still very friendly to us and took as well as delivered our order to us very efficiently. Just thought he deserved some mention. It was the gentlemen who was working the late shift on March 29th“
