“Moto Japanese Kitchen + Bar is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped in, we were treated to an exceptional dining experience. For starters, we enjoyed the Cauliflower Tempura with Sweet Chili. It was a perfect balance of lightness and spice, with a light tempura coating.

For our mains, we indulged in the Sukiyaki Beef Hot Pot, Blue Fin Tuna Sashimi, and Lobster Roll Sushi. The Hot Pot was a standout, featuring a deep, rich beef broth that was incredibly satisfying. The Blue Fin Tuna Sashimi was another highlight—each piece was as fresh and soft as butter. The Lobster Roll Sushi was delicious and beautifully presented.

While Uni was unavailable during our visit, our waiter assured us that it is a must-try, and we'll be sure to call ahead next time to ensure we get to experience it. Speaking of our waiter, he was fantastic—very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the menu, offer excellent recommendations, and help us decide on the perfect amount of food to order.

We also learned that Moto shares the same ownership as the nearby Sushi Raku but is positioned as the higher-end option. Based on our experience, Moto certainly lives up to its reputation with top-notch food and outstanding service. We can't wait to return and explore more of their menu!“

“Had the Mediterranean wrap, wife had an Bangkok salad bowl of some kind. With were excellent food. Service with a smile. Atmosphere a little above a fast food restaurant, but as one might expect. My only complaint is the price. A wrap. A salad and 2 waters was $50!!!! That's a bit steep.“

“Nisarg S was an amazing server. He was quick, attentive and didn’t miss anything during a busy Saturday night. It was awesome to see someone who was so experienced in serving. I was there with 4 friends and we all tipped him what he deserved. The manager Ailene was very professional as well.“

“For $20 & some change to have a starter such as soup or salad before your choice of pasta and a dessert of Spumoni (gelato) to top it off is fine by me and money well spent. We average $120.00 a visit for our family of four after drinks (non-alcoholic, we don't drink) and upcharged soups or salads, which are usually clam chowder or caesar salad.

Have dined here since it has opened. Spaghetti Carbonara was a delicious go-to but has since been pulled from the menu. Any Alfredo dish is tasty. The Tortellini or Ravioli dishes are perfect! I can't forget to mention that bread and butter are on demand and usually the first thing on your table when met by your server.

The atmosphere is wonderful in the summer evenings if you like the sun. The view from the cars is great in the winter as the lights of the city glow on Idywyld drive. My current favorite is the Mushroom Spaghetti Alfredo with added shrimp.

“Breakfast was delicious. The breakfast counter had a variety of options from strudels, cinnamon rolls to cereals and freshly cut fruits and parfaits. They also had fresh apple and orange juice along with a coffee station. Waffles were self serve with batter readily available. Eggs were at your service customisable to your liking. Sausage, bacon and hash browns were warmly served. Proof of vaccine before entry was required. The host/server/cook who was a superwoman was amazing. She was very welcoming and friendly. Fresh coffee with fresh cream for those morning coffee lovers. Overall a great breakfast dining experience at the Hilton.“

“Lovely Saturday family lunch. We all 5 thoroughly enjoyed our meals & the wonderfully friendly & very efficient service by Manager Lyndsay. Our drinks: Rootbeer, 2 coffees, a Pink Lady & a C.C. Rider. Entrees: 2 Caddy Burgers - 1 w House Cut Fries & 1 w Yam Fries. Clubhouse w Soup, a Coup De Ville & a Polk Salad Annie. Very impressed with the music, memorabilia & comfortable seats.
