“Went for supper with a friend on a Thursday evening. The food was delicious and our server Angelique was fabulous. We had a wonderful time. We both ordered the filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly. Love the ambiance as well. Will definitely be going back!“

“We chose Carvers Steak House to celebrate our 58th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed an Australian Shiraz. Dinner consisted of oysters on the half shell, French onion soup, the Burata Caprese salad, 7 oz filets and the Chef's choice of chocolate hazelnut mousse torte for dessert. EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY DECADENT!!!! Done to perfection with lovely presentation. The staff was very friendly while still being professional. Great atmosphere and lovely choice of background music. A first class experience on our special day!!!“

“Amazing staff. Amory, Carmen, Crystal and Noah. Front end staff courteous and efficient. Food was great from appetizers and salads to steak and prime rib. Desserts are delicious and beautiful. Kitchen staff and everyone bustling around to please and present beautiful dishes to patrons. Price point same as all the high end steak houses in the city. What sets Chop apart is their customer service. Go and experience this lovely restaurant for yourself.“
