“Very efficient and friendly staff. This is a hospital location, so clients range from every physical and emotional range, (patients, visitors) experiencing extreme stress in many cases. The staff treated every person with respect and I appreciated their patience when folks needed more time to work the scanner or decide on menu options.“

“Hey, i just wanna share my experience with you about this tim i got the breakfast meal thru drive thru its was amazing services as i visited there twice because am out of the town the whole staff was there at the counter is so Friendly/Welcoming especially Divya . There steep tea is fresh i recommend to visit them.

“I'll say my big gripe was my washroom experience. When I went in there was only one toilet and the door lock didn't work. I had to tie my coat on the door like I'm fending off crazies from entering. Someone knocked and tried to open the door at one point: It reminded me of the bathroom scene from Pursuit of Happiness when someone tried to use the bathroom when Will Smith was inside. Anyways that battle aside, after I fully vacated the bowls I had to deal with the atrocious toilet paper that dissolved like cotton candy around the rectum leaving my hands brown, smelly and bits of toilet paper stuck between my digits. I eventually made it to the sink to wash up and thank goodness nobody else was there. I never felt more feral in my life. But the fresh coffee more than made up for that PLUS they got my food order right and understood me the whole time so I rate it more than 1 star.“

“It is cool to have a place to stay in for coffee, a snack or a meal. People can also come here to meet friends, using the WiFi to talk about business, refresh the day for a break and a sip.
There are also from time to time some new menu for food snd drinks. Customers can make use of the app to earn the reward points and save them for a coffee or snack when you reach the points to redeem. You can also check for some promotions each time when you are there since the app may give you something special.“

“The Tim Hortons at YXE Airport [post security] offers a limited menu, serving only breakfast items and drinks throughout the day, with no lunch options available. Additionally, this location does not accept the Tim’s card, preventing customers from collecting rewards points. Service was prompt, the food quality met standard expectations, and the atmosphere was clean. While there is no dine-in seating at this location, there are several seating areas available throughout the airport.“

“The customer service from one particular employee makes the atmosphere warm and welcoming because he says good morning with cheer to every single customer and even on a cloudy day, he brings Sunshine. Turn my four-star to a five-star review. I can usually expect my coffee within 1 minute. These guys are super fast! Also, they keep their dine in open to Street people which is unlike Starbucks and other coffee shops that feel intimidated by the crowds that tend to come in on the west side, which I respect.“

“I have been to Tim Hortons stores all across the country and I have never had a positive experience that I always have at the Saskatoon Broadway location. I can understand why this store has received numerous awards from the company's evaluators. The store has recently gained a new manager, Ivonne, who is outstanding not only in maintaining the excellent reputation of the store but in taking a real interest in the customers. At each (daily) visit, she patiently listens to, and smiles at, my broken Spanish as I order my coffee. She is very friendly, cheerful and focused, and her naturally confident and warm manner endears her to her staff and customers; I can see that clearly. I also want to give a shout-out to the young staff who are remarkably dedicated, so much fun, and who always greet me with a wonderful smile and kindness. I want to identify them as I know them by name: Mansi, Jashan, Neha, Pawan, Komal, Aman and Amal. They make my day...every day! Thanks to these young people, and who always work hard and who contribute in an important way to the great reputation of Broadway Tim Hortons.“

“I really loved the service and the food here! I tried their veggie wrap and it was delicious. The staff is very friendly and fast—I got my food and drink within just a few minutes. I also had an issue with my Tim’s app, and they resolved it right away. Really appreciate their excellent service!“

“A very clean and well-lit Tim Hortons compared to many other locations in the city. There is plenty of parking and a drive-thru as well.

The shop itself was clean and the display cases looked inviting and full. There was plenty of seating available as well and the tables were clean as compared to many other location which I have found to be quite greasy and lacking in cleanliness. I really liked this central location as well. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Areas of improvement would be the temperature of the steeped tea as it appeared to be lukewarm as opposed to hot, maybe some calibration is required. Another thing to mention is the bathrooms were not too clean and there was no soap in the dispensers. It would be nice to have regular maintenance of the bathrooms to ensure supplies are stocked and that the bathroom is kept clean.“

“Yesterday, a male employee here gave me a Iced Coffee with 1 sugar, no cream. But, I ordered Iced Coffee with 1 cream, no sugar. He blames it to me. He yelled at me. Very bossy and ridiculous service. I am a loyal customer here. How dare he is. And then, I came back this place for 2 medium Iced Coffee. I just say 1 sugar. After that, I immediatelly said sorry and I wanted to say 1 cream, no sugar. But he interrupted me and used his finger pointed at me and showed me a bossy, disgusting behavior with me again.
I don't want to blame the fault to all of employees here. I only say, I have experienced a worst service in this place of my life. The fault was cause by him. He is a very tall employee.
Otherwise, I like the service of the Filipina staffs here. Every Filipina staffs here are good.
So, I still give it 5 stars.“

“I come here often. It is very much a local hangout. The patio is very popular. You will often see families and friends meet here in addition to neighborhood regulars (family meetup of 10 just walked in). It is the place where I have see the most little babies in Saskatoon! I'm typing from inside right now and looking around it's very clean as usual. Service is typically very friendly so I order from the cash instead of the app or screen. It's definitely one of the better locations I have been to in all of Canada.“

“Had the value meal, breaded chicken on a bun with lettuce, tomato, cheese, a doughnut of your choice and a drink. It was very tasty, and all the display cases were full. It was lunchtime and Tim's was busy but our food came really quickly.“

“Come here before my 8am class (PHSI208, anyone?) for a drink. Service is pretty good and the ladies who work there are very friendly! It gets busy and the lines get long once the day rolls on, but kind of expected in a university and by a hospital.Overall, it is a great place for a tea, but dont expect to sit inside as they removed the seating.“

“I visited this Tim Hortons today around 8 PM. I went to the drive-through, and the young boy working at the drive through window was incredibly nice and kind. I genuinely appreciate his service. I don’t remember his name, but he made my day. Great service!“

Rare to see such welcoming and polite attitude in other Tim Hortons locations. One other girl who works in Front end is also good at customer service. Appreciated for putting such staff.“

The location is clean and well-maintained, especially Restroom.

However, during peak hours, the drive-thru can get quite busy, leading to longer wait times. Despite this, the staff remains friendly and professional.

“Honestly, the food is pretty great here. I’ve never had any real issues. The only thing you should do is double check your bag before leaving sometimes things are forgotten.

Establishment itself is usually pretty clean however, there’s a lot of people coming in and out of there from truckers to people just passing through due to its location.

“I had the opportunity to explore this Tim Hortons location when I was in the area after an appointment. This location was set up nicely if there was a lineup at a busy time. It also felt large and like one of the bigger ones I’ve been in. There were also lots of tables to sit at as well as a small area at the back with a fireplace that looked like it wasn’t working. It was not too busy at the time we were here thankfully because I hate trying to read the menu boards up high and are flipping every couple of seconds. That is hard for most people to read but even harder for people with disabilities and especially visual issues.“
