staff and management goes above and beyond serving customers. food/coffee is always fresh which is a definite plus. A+ for keeping the lobby clean while making sure service is not disrupted
Had the value meal, breaded chicken on a bun with lettuce, tomato, cheese, a doughnut of your choice and a drink. It was very tasty, and all the display cases were full. It was lunchtime and Tim's was busy but our food came really quickly.
They have issues understanding what is being ordered through the drive thru. Usually don't sound very friendly. Sometimes, come to the speaker and just say hello. At the window, they are usually polite and friendly. Sometimes they mark the wrong coffee.
