McDonald's is a bustling restaurant, especially during peak hours. It can be quite busy, particularly on weekends, with a line up to get into the parking lot. However, once parked, customers find the ordering process quick, especially with the kiosks. The food is generally great, but the service has received mixed reviews. The McChicken has had some issues with uneven heating and dryness. On the positive side, the coffee is a highlight, served at a good temperature and taste. Some customers have noted that employees seem more focused on wait times than on customer service. While the restaurant could improve on cleanliness, particularly in the washrooms, and parking lot space, it remains a popular spot. An extra breakfast burrito given to a customer by the staff has been highlighted as a nice touch. Overall, McDonald's continues to bring joy to many customers despite some areas needing improvement.
