We drove across Canada and planned one day to intentionally eat here (based on the reviews). The food was better than we were expecting! So much so that we rerouted our return trip to be here for another meal. Highlights include:

Our short trip thru Saskatchewan has been great, excellent food and the local beer was good too! Last night, we thought we should have a burger, not the chain type, and Nightjar did not disappoint, delicious! The fries and truffle emulsion made it even better. Highly recommended!!!
