This place has amazing food and great service. We were in Swift Current for a week and ate here for both lunch and dinner. As advertised the food is diner-y, but upscale and to die for. They make many things from scratch . The servers are friendly and knowledgeable. Add chicken to the Caesar salad (as recommended).
Been meaning to try Nightjar Diner for a couple years now and finally stopped in for a late lunch. Has the Korean fried chicken sando with chips on the side. Everything was delicious and well worth the $20. Wish I had stopped in years ago.

Wow! I just had what will likely be the best meal I have this year. 'Meat and Potatoes' was totally phenomenal. Don't be deceived by the folksy name. Steak and veggies in a very unique sauce and spice combo, with unique mashed potatoes. Filling, and wildly delicious.
