We stop here often as we live out of town and visit for groceries, very dissapointed today the one time we get more than just drinks our food was messed up we ordered 2 large ice caps like normal but also 1 begal with cream cheese but the begal had no cream cheese, we also ordered a chicken craveable and it only had 1 peice of chicken instead of the normal 2 so only half the bun had chicken. Too many workers not paying attention to the front counter. Wait too long at times. Do not like that
My husband and I came in at 9:00 am today. We waited in line around 15-20 minutes in line while staff struggled with far too few workers to handle the customers. Three couples in front of us left and more left as they came in the door. No one was waiting on the walk in customers. Then when our order for two hot drinks was taken we waited over ten minutes for it to be filled. During this a worker brought in his family of about 10 people.
