Waited in line for over 10 minutes before supper rush, waisted my time waiting for a dd that tasted like too much cream no sugar.We go multiple times a day i never get a coffee that tastes the same.Owners are hardly around equipment is older causing problems in drive through tills not working etc.Need new owner who cares enough to keep equipment in good working order.All 3 locations in swift current have similar issues,Im gonna take my 3 coffees a day and my wifes 3 coffees back...read full review
It’s third time happened with me every time I ordered different they gave me different things and when I opened it on my lunch time all food different two times this things happened on driveway and one time in counter side if I asked for bagel(beigel) toasted with garlic cream they gave me with toasted with butter if I told it’s not mine ordered they didn’t understand .

I like the Tim Horton's recycling program. Sometimes there are communication errors with staff and they don't always stir your drink the best, and I don't know if they've changed the customer is always right policy since I used to be employed there, but when error free the food and drink is delicious. They do have a tip jar that is split amongst everyone every 3 months or so....maybe some gratuities would help improve some of the technical difficulties.
