Burger Restaurants near Warman

“Always good food, sometimes they mess up my orders and maybe give me the wrong meal.**Update: seems that nearly every time I order something here I end up with the wrong order or food. Just as an example I ordered some Mcdoubles and fries few weeks ago and ended up with burgers with lettuce and tomato on them with no sauces. I ate it because I was already at home and didn't want to have to pack up the family to come back to fix the order.“

“I’ve never had a problem with this restaurant until till today, the service was horrendous the treatment that I received was despicable! there were items that were left out of my order, when I had called to ask them to rectify this they had told me that they would get right on it , almost 40 minutes had passed before the owner his self had called explained that they had used delivery service to deliver this and that the same service was unavailable at the moment so I would not be getting my items. I explained to him that when I try to first tried to place the order it was told me that they had no delivery but because the order was $70 they were willing to go above and beyond and have an employee deliver it to me if I had cash. I did not so I declined. The restaurant called me back and told me that the delivery service was now available so if I wanted to go ahead and place the order but I could so I place the order got delivered only to my dismay those items were missing so trying to explain this to the owner that if they were willing to go above and beyond to get a $70 order out to me themselves without using a delivery service then they should be willing to do the same when they forget to make sure that all items are packaged correctly to be delivered. The owner started to raise his voice at me and tried to over talk me, I attempted to explain to him that I did not know when I would be back into the restaurant again or to order food again as we are in a recession, but he was not willing to have somebody come out and complete my order. As much as I love the food that is prepared from this restaurant after the service and the treatment that was given to me today I will not be returning to this restaurant solely based on the customer service that I got today I do not think that anyone should be yelled at! And by the owner no less! When you spend a significant amount of money ordering from a restaurant you should be getting all of your stuff in a restaurant is not willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that your stuff gets delivered to you they do not deserve your service“

“Best A&W location.in Saskatchewan! Food is always fresh, service is always great and anytime we ordered in, the restaurant was always clean! You can tell it is ran well, especially when you see the same staff and how clean the location is! Keep up the momentum!“
