“While I wasn’t able to make it to the brewery, we were in Chatty for the Ironman this weekend. I had Igneous (burger republic & riverport) and promenade (mellow mushroom) and they were a saving grace this weekend. I looked for your name on the menus and 2/3 of your beers I had were breakfast lol 🍻. “Mad Knight was an incredibly awesome and intimate experience. Located in what seemed to be a suburban area behind a few classic strip stores and around the corner is an underground micro brew pub with great beers and a relaxing, classy, and chill vibe.
Having a couple of the most sessionable and crushable ales around including a pale ale and pilsner (clocking in around 5.5% abv) which were meticulously crafted and delicious, plus accompaniment
by master brewer and owner (I believe his name was Greg) showed off an intimate amd great time. Clearly Greg was an incredible brewer and passionate guy to talk to.“

“I walked by and noticed that they had a fridge with some six packs. I enquired if they had any singles to go, not wanting to carry a six pack of the same unknown beer home. The server offered to rip any six packs apart for me, and ended up making me a custom six pack of six different beers. In the past - in other places - same question resulted in a curt “No” or, at the very best “Sorry, no”. I appreciate good service, especially since so many businesses and people take an easy way and just say “No”“

“We stopped for a night in Chattanooga, and found this amazing place!! The owner was extremely friendly and so helpful with picking out the perfect flight !!! The beer, atmosphere and people were amazing, but added to that…the food was delicious!! It’s hard to find that perfect balance, but they definitely have it!!! We’ll absolutely make this a regular stop whenever we’re passing through !!!“
