“My sister and I stopped for a bite to eat on our way home from work. Usually the customer service is subpar at best but this day, it was excellent. From the time we pulled up until we got our food and left, the service was great. It’s been a LONG time since I’ve had a wonderful experience at this location. Id stopped visiting because of the poor customer service but I’m happy to say that I will be back.“
“This is the best Burger King I have been to in a vary long time. The French fries were fresh and hot, the fish sandwich was hot and delicious. The bun was fresh. At other locations the buns have been old and stale. I got a great dinner and I did not waste my money.“
“The gentleman who works the drive thru the last couple of times we've stopped here was contagiously happy and energetic. We were on the way home from a stressful doctor's appointment and he turned our day around. He deserves a raise and/or a promotion.“

The Burger King here on Amnicola Highway is under new management and they are looking to rebrand themselves to the customer as you being able to have hot and fresh food and having it your way. I don’t remember the type of burger I got, but this is by far the best burger I have ever gotten here. It was cooked to perfection, It wasn’t sliding out of the paper in a mess inside the wrapper, all of the ingredients, including the meat were fresh, and the fries were fresh and crispy as well. If you’ve eaten here before, and you did not have the experience you expected from Burger King, I encourage you to try it again while they are under new management. It is sure to bring you back to remember why they are the best.“
“I go there for my cheat days. Most of the time, the order is correct. My last experience it was not. I generally use the drive-thru and didn't discover my order was incorrect. I immediately contacted the restaurant. Of course, they advised me to come back to correct the order, but I chose not to return the same day. However, during my next visit, about 2 weeks later. I reminded the manager of the incorrect order. He recalled speaking to me, and I didn't have to remind him how the sandwich was to be prepared, he remembered. This manager is always friendly and seems to be rather kind.“
“I ordered with their online app and picked it up in their drive-thru. The manager working the window was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that I was able to order root beer for my drink in the app but at the drive-thru I was told nicely that they didn’t have root beer (don’t know if this store just doesn’t carry it or if it was temporarily not available). Anyhow, she apologized and asked what I’d like instead. Otherwise, all was perfect. I got a Whopper and Have-sies (half fries, half onion rings). All was fresh and tasty. Very satisfied.“
