“I ordered a couple of pizzas to serve our volunteers for our medical clinic and I was blown away at how thorough and kind everyone was that I encountered from calling in to picking up! Kudos to Brainerd Papa John's. Volunteers in Medicine, Chattanooga will be ordering again soon!“

My biggest issue is the charging of seasoning packets. It's a bit ridiculous to charge per packets, to have them hidden in the back. Even worse to make your employees have to have the awkward we charge for those conversation with customers. Haven't seen a PJ anywhere else charge for them.“
“We eat here about once or twice a month. We order online and arrive to pick up. They are ALWAYS exceptionally friendly and they always get the order correct.
We've been using this location for almost 7 years.
Even during their rush, they are always still friendly and very attentive to their customers coming in the door.“
“Got into town late (10:30pm) after my husband and our friend had spent all day and all night working, without eating. These were some hungry men. After getting a hotel room the closest place by was Papa J's. My favorite personally as well. I ordered maybe 10 minutes before they stopped taking orders. I got there just before closing to pick up the pizzas 🍕 everything was hot, delicious, and we all slept good after our bellies were full.“
