They're always super nice and the food is always good, except for the fries!

The fries have tasted nasty the last three times I've gotten them. I've looked at them and they're not burnt, and I don't see a green tint on them, but they taste old and very earthy. I don't know if they just got a bad batch of potatoes in or what but I haven't been able to eat my fries for these past few times“

“We were in Chattanooga and my wife wanted a Hardee's biscuit. It was a little after 11am so we hit up the East Ridge location. My wife's order was a custom one but they nailed it and had our food to us quickly. Everything tasted fresh and great, plus it was good and hot which surprised me since they were about to stop serving breakfast.“

“"A team" Go to Chic filet and you'll see one ❤️. I marvel every time I witness what it is that they do that sets them apart in our everyday world full of chaos. They seem to have the secret sauce when it comes to, well-- everything. No, not their polonisian (but it's good!). Their intentionality, their STANDARD, their people, and their people's commitment to their standard is truly worthy of imitation. But there are few others. It's no surprise to me now WHY their line wraps around their buildings EVERYDAY. But it moves quickly! 🚗💨 Yes, their chicken is good but an "everyday" visit for lunch just doesn't have the same feel at other places -- EVERYday. Chic filet is consistent. Go! You will see agreement IN ACTION between their people and Chic filet's standard that dictates that smooth flow of service for you every time. In contrast, the spirit of our now 'severed world' dictates that people act according to their "rights". But actually "rights" must be rooted in WHAT is RIGHT because RIGHT HAS A STANDARD. Just like at Chick-fil-A a person can't just do whatever he or she FEELS is right (to them) or the flow is sure to be compromised -- for the whole team! 😔 So thank you Chick-fil-A for being such a wonderful example ❤️. Because the real team is HUMANITY which is you and me.“

“Food was good hot and freshly made no issues, unfortunately this time a family came in and was vaping and made the whole place smell bad We couldn't hardly breathe around it so we had to leave before we finished our meal, this location doesn't have any no smoking or vaping signs on the entry, so we didn't feel like we could mention it to the workers.“

“I’ve always loved this place and until now I’ve never had any issues at all. But this is my second review because the experience at the 3rd Street location has really been disappointing. I waited about 10 minutes for them to confirm a DoorDash order and ended up having to cancel it. They rarely answer the phone, and when you go inside they seem to get an attitude, especially with larger orders, even though they’re not the ones cooking. It’s frustrating enough that I’d rather go to the Brainerd location or try another wing spot from now on.“

“Sabrina welcomed my grandson and I in. Asked him what he would like to eat. Guessed his order, she new exactly what he wanted. Our food was fresh and hot. And the cinnamon roll was so good.

“The customer’s were so loud and people walking back and fourth,I felt I was in someone's way the whole time I was in there. We were next in line and stood there for nearly 10 mins wait for our order to be taken. Management was awesome tho. They were pretty busy.“

“I'm a 1 star for a petty situation. I asked the guy at the order machine about the empanadas if I can get 2 chocolate empanadas and he asked someone and then he told me I could. I do not like Caramel so they agreed I could get the 2 chocolate, I get to the window and pay my money and grabbed my sack only to get home and have 1 chocolate and 1 Caramel that mad me mad because I asked before paying so they gave me what they wanted. The empanadas were horrible, hard and tasted like paper. I called back 3 times and a machine came on so I guess they don't answer the phone at night around 1am. They just lost a customer over $3.27 lie.“

“This location has 2 ladies that work the front of house and grill that make this place the best Krystal location in town. The store is clean, the service is with real effort and the food is perfect. When a Krystal burger is cooked right, it's like cotton candy, it melts in your mouth. Love these 2 ladies. Been coming here for years.“

“I usually only stop here on a work commute. So I am usually in a rush. And food is always made quickly. People are really nice. It's always clean inside. And the food is good if you like Taco Bell. One of the best Taco Bells I've been.“

“I had such a great experience at this Chick-fil-A thanks to Macie! Even while braving the rush outside, she kept the energy high and brought such a fun vibe to the line. She’s not only friendly and attentive, but she’s genuinely funny, and her sense of humor made waiting in the drive-thru surprisingly enjoyable.

When she brought my food to the car, she double checked everything with a smile and threw in a quik joke that had me laughing as I pulled away, and I don't even remember what it was! It’s rare to see someone handle a busy drive-thru with that level of positivity, personality, and efficiency.

“Canadian ham, bacon cheese burger. Sandwich was squashed but tasty. Almost to sweet for my taste buds. Long line but moved fairly well. Until the car in front of me changed their order at the window. Lost business as several cars behind me left.“

“Walked in to a small line, short wait. The kitchen worker was walking in from I think walking someones food to their car he was walking quickly with purpose. The food was made very quickly and was to my knowlege the best Arbys I've had in a long time. The lobby could use a wipe down but we found a clean table. Good overall experice.“

“Came in half an hour before closing on a rainy night, wasn’t expecting much, so I was very pleasantly surprised of the food quality & service despite the time of day. Bacon was nice & crispy, drinks from Sonic are always consistent, & deal prices are really good compared to other big chains around the area. Honestly, I’m starting to notice an increase in quality of Sonic Burgers over the last year or so, & this location was no exception. Overall good meal & kudos to Jude for being an excellent server.“

“Was in the dive thru so I'm not rating the atmosphere. As far as the food goes, it's fine I mean it's typical burger king, foods ok beats the arches anyday. Service was good considering we were there around 11:30 at night. Food was out fast enough and the people were nice.“

“This is a good, solid Arby's! I placed an online order and went to pick it up through the drive-thru. When I arrived, the gentlemen on the speaker was very nice and immediately had me pull around. My food was already ready and he handed it me in a sealed up bag with my receipt and straw attached to it as well. Again, the guy was very nice.

I got the new turkey gobbler sandwich and honestly it was pretty good! I think it was just a touch on the smaller side and maybe missing something (Firehouse offers a gravy with their Thanksgiving sub, maybe that would be good), especially when considering the price which seemed just a tad high. My potato cakes were hot, fresh, and crispy. I did also get the new apple pie shake (which affected my price), but let me just tell you - that shake IS THE TRUTH! The perfect, delectable blend of creamy, apple-y, cinnamon-y goodness all partying together in a frozen treat. I highly recommend the shake.

All in all - good food (with a GREAT SHAKE), quick and friendly service, decent value, this worked great for lunch.“

“This Sonic is my go to place for when I want some chili cheese tots. The only issue they have looks like is staffing. I went by around 9:45 am on a Sunday and the guy who was running the drive thru also was car hopping as well. This guy was doing great so no knock on him or the staff that was working. Hopefully they will be able to hire more people.“

“This is one of my favorite dining options on campus, with its many healthy options and chicken melts coming in at under $10 with a drink. It's located right inside Lupton Hall, which makes it just a short walk away from many classrooms. That does mean a slightly longer line after a class ends, and sometimes a long wait, but overall it's a great option.“

We were told it would be about 10 more minutes before it would be ready, so we opted to wait in the car. 9 minutes later, one of the employees brought the food to our car and wished us a wonderful evening. The pizza was amazing (we had our doubts as most places have gone downhill on quality over the years, but the food quality at this establishment still tastes as good as it did 30 years ago).“
