“Drinks were great but the staff was NOT paying attention when orders given. On SEVERAL occasions the order had to be repeated several times and corrected when repeated back. It's like they are distracted & has happened on almost ALL occasions.“
“This Sonic is my go to place for when I want some chili cheese tots. The only issue they have looks like is staffing. I went by around 9:45 am on a Sunday and the guy who was running the drive thru also was car hopping as well. This guy was doing great so no knock on him or the staff that was working. Hopefully they will be able to hire more people.“
“The screen glitched and I ended up waiting 30 min for my food. Then I asked and they told me it also glitched on their side and that the food is coming out. The lady with the cast and a young man apologized. The lady with the cast was so sweet, took care of us as soon as she realized the accident. I wish I had cash. They are understaffed so be patient“

Parking: Parking spots are mostly for you to drive up and place order, but there's a few in the back just for parking. No where for busses though.

“The food was okay. The service was not the person forgot part of the food. Fortunately, I did not pulled away and noticed, had to wait until it was prepare. Normally they have good service .
Parking: It's usually easy to get In-N-Out even with the heavy traffic.“

I had previously left a negative review of this location due to poor service HOWEVER. Our Carhop today was absolutely awesome! Tanysha went above and beyond and her kindness completely changed our opinion of this location. We will be back!“
“The afternoon I was there they had someone working that was messing up orders or which car was to get each order. We saw the car hop take an order to one car and go back inside with the order after the person in the car refused it. I guess it wasn't their order. A little later he brought us an order after we had been waiting 7 - 10 minutes and had still not had our order taken. We explained we hadn't been responded to after pressing the button to initiate an order. He also returned inside with that order. I don't know if the employee taking the order, the car hop, or a different employee working inside was mixing things up, but someone was causing everyone to have a worse day than they might have otherwise.If this had been my first visit it would have been my last!“
“Edited review: Previously one star. People make mistakes and deserve a second chance. I was harsh, but the facts I stated were factual. 2 months later I came back in for a smashburger and this time, no pickles just like I had requested. I wish i liked pickles but I hate them and believe all pickles are created by Satan himself in the darkest part of hell. Jokes aside, they redeeemed themselves. My only regret is I forgot to tip and i always tip. I feel bad about it and I will be back. To the store manager thank you for calling me to rectify the matter.“
