“The service is excellent at Kohana Sushi and Ramen. We had numerous rolls including the Shrimp Tempura and the Mother of All Sushi Rolls. Highly recommend! I suggest the cold Fuji Apple and Peach saki with the sushi.“

Tried the new menu item, Calabrian steak & shrimp bucatini, was not impressed. There was significantly less of everything than what was shown in the picture, including spice. The bucatini pasta was a novelty but the hollow center just made it harder to eat.“

“I ordered chicken fingers. The girl taking the order was very hard to understand. We were working together to translate. She kept saying count count count...until we figured out she meant how many do you want. I walked away after my order. My husband struggled to get his order completed. She kept rolling her eyes at him.

“The manager on duty is a best in class food service manager! He made sure my experience was exceptional even though my order entered in the register was a little wonky. He quickly fixed the tiny mistake. My food came out hot and was super fresh. The atmosphere of this Penn Station makes sure I come back each time I visit the Clarksville area! “This location typically does well, it’s a hit or miss. Depends on different variables I think crew, I did order online they actually got it right. However, I had to back because they left something out but I was pleased. Keep in mind they keep on changing their closing time on google maps, it closes at 9:00 PM (weekends 10 PM)not 8:30 PM they probably do that to get less people and leave on time.

Parking: Plenty of parking, location is not as busy as others.“

“I always go to this location in Clarksville, and the employees are always so nice. The food can have moments of not being the best. I ordered the tacos to try them out and it was just chicken with sauce wrapped in a tortilla. Definitely wish I could experienced it better since it was new. I usually stick to the same thing, but wanted to venture out. I'm not sure if it has improved, but I was disappointed in that aspect. Other than that, I always go back because it's convenient, the employees are great and the food is good for the most part.“

“The Zaxby’s locations in Clarksville really do an amazing job of taking care of their customers. The employees are always friendly and helpful with menu selection. Any time there are questions managers are readily available to assist. The owner, Tim O’Brien, is a military veteran, a great guy that is very present in the community, and takes pride in his stores being clean and efficient. At all three stores I have received quality food and service. Of course each store is different with a variety of employees but they have each taken the time to listen to concerns (if there were any). They have a great “order ahead” online service where you skip the line and everything is packaged well and ready on time!! Group and large catering orders have been nothing but smooth every time I have used these services (which is often)! While they have so many great choices - their salads are the BEST around - in my opinion :)“
