“The food was great as my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. We found the restaurant by accident and went in search of seafood until we saw the Asian section. I ordered the Hot and Spicy beef, it was the best I’ve ever had. However we will be returning because of Cece Manuela. The excellence she brought to our service was awesome. She was so kind, thoughtful and took great care to provide a great night for us!!!“

“Tonight we ate at this Clarksville TN location and it had the most outstanding service and amazing quality of food. From the time we walked in getting seated faster than we thought. To the amazing service our server Haley provided it was phenomenal. Just last weekend we ate at the Outback in Bowling Green KY and had the worst experience and food that didn't taste anything like what we knew of this restaurant. We drove an hour to the Clarksville location this weekend and it did not disappoint. I will continue to drive an hour to receive the exceptional service and quality of food!! Well done you have restored our faith in your food chain. I cannot thank you enough. Every single employee was friendly and fast. The manager came to check on us and was so kind and respectful. You all have won us over for sure. Thank you so much.“

“"Angelina M" is a phenomenal waitress. From the minute she took my drink order we just kind of clicked you could say. Everything I ordered was one of her favorites. I was having a pretty rough day and she was so polite. My food was also delicious! I really enjoyed my experience there and she's definitely my new favorite server from here on out!“

“This had to be one of the largest Logan’s we have ever been too. Had two huge rooms for parties. The only down fall was it took forever to get our food. It was very good but it was a Monday and it took over 30 minutes to get it and there were only five tables in the whole restaurant.“

“So, this place only gets stars for the server we had that night, other than that this place would get no stars because of management and having to send food back more than once. It's pretty simple I ordered the 20 ounce bone in ribeye cooked well done please no pink, Caesar salad, and a sweet potato. We had double boneless wings and fried pickles on the appetizer combo because they were out of potato skins. My steak came out pink still throughout, I let the server know when she returned, she took the steak back for the cook to "up-cook" the steak. The steak comes back to the table and she asked me to cut it to see if it is pink, I cut it in half, it appeared well, but as I went to continue cutting it was apparent that the steak was still pink, only done near the edges which I had consumed a couple of bites of, but just stopped once I cut the meat off the bone in sections to show the server was still not well done and still pink. She then goes to let the manager know and comes back saying that her manager would take off 5.00 and I told her that would not suffice because I paid almost 30.00 for a steak that I can't even eat. She goes back to talk to her manager, and sends the manager over and the manager states that she is charging me half because I ate half of the steak, I tried to explain to her that I had cut the meat off the bone just to show her it's still pink, she said that is what she is doing. I then get the check and it shows a ziosk charge and we never even had 1 on our table, I had to ask her to take it off. This manager is very snippy, lacks respect for customers, and needs help with customer service. They try to get over on you, most quality restaurants would have took the steak off the ticket altogether and charged for everything else, but not this one. I even said I could see me paying for the sweet potato and the salad, along with my guest's items but not the steak. I attached pictures of the steak, and my receipt so there are no lies told. This particular manager will be the reason for further bad reviews. I still tipped our server because some things were beyond her control and she did try, she just has a pitiful manager.“

“Texas Roadhouse has gone down since they opened. It used to be a great place to eat at. From the hostess just sitting there talking about how to do their hair instead of sitting people. You tell someone 10 minutes till sitting after already been in the wait list and it takes 40 mins to finally sit us.Not busy busy had a lot of dirty tables that could be cleaned off but weren't. While walking to our table we saw over 5 tables that needed to be clean. My highschooler even noticed you passing us up to sit us multiple times. The excuse was that they didn't have a table big enough even though 3 families on the same side were sat. Our bread was uncooked mostly.The Steak was cooked wrong. What happened to Texas Roadhouse because it's going downhill?“
