“We stopped by for the first time yesterday during the birthday bash and it was insane! But the workers were so nice and did so well handling it. I enjoyed my Cuban coffee my son liked his cake but the birthday cake coffee just wasn’t sweet enough for him or me honestly. But we will be back!“

“Poets South- Okay, everyone needs to try Morning magic cheese bagel! Such a unique flavor experience! Spicy mustard, cheese and I get mine with bacon! After my first try a week ago I came back to get another one! I have been craving it! Staff seem really helpful and friendly. The coffee shop vibe is a bit retro with cool coffee shop tunes in the background! Chill!“

“Everytime I come here everyone’s so kind , tonight especially my boyfriend and I came here 15 minutes before they closed which is understandably not great timing, we ended up getting a large iced blondie with modifications and we had intentions of using our free drink but before we even asked she gave me a smiled like it had been covered! , unfortunately I can’t remember her name but she’s always so sweet and has a great attitude when we come here and even tonight wrote a super sweet note on the lid (pictured below) and went out of her way to do so, I highly recommend coming here, everyone is great!

“Loved breakfast croissant with sausage, egg, spinach, cheese, and tomato. The Vietnamese iced coffee was very good.“

“I’ve been wanting to try Dutch Bros ever since they opened about six months ago, and we finally got a chance to stop in with the family around noon, right in the middle of one of their busier times. Even with the crowd, the flow of traffic was handled really well. The wraparound setup and the way you’re greeted feels very similar to the Chick-fil-A model.

When we arrived, we looked over the menu, which was easy to follow and mostly picture-based. That made it fun for the kids to browse. I will say the menu feels more adult-focused, so a small side panel just for kids would be a helpful addition.

I ordered a white chocolate mocha, and the barista explained that a small comes with two shots of espresso, while the medium and large both come with four shots. That’s really good to know for someone like me who basically runs on espresso 😂. My wife and kids went with hot chocolate since it was in the low 30s that day. At checkout, we used contactless payment instead of a physical credit card. She even asked if we had paid through the app, which I thought was pretty cool. That means ordering and paying through the drive-thru could be even faster next time.

There was a brief mix-up when my hot mocha came out iced, but the staff handled it flawlessly. She immediately caught the issue, fixed the order without hesitation, and told me I didn’t even need to step aside and wait. She said she would remake it fast enough that I could just stay there.
She wasn’t kidding. It was done in under a minute. Impressive, to say the least
All in, we ordered four drinks and the total came out just over $20. In today’s world, that feels very reasonable. Great energy, great service, and a smooth experience overall. We’ll definitely be back.“
