“My sister, daughter and I stopped in this afternoon. I had the iced Irish Cream, my sister had the hot Captain Jack and my daughter had an iced Captain Jack. We bought half a dozen assorted macarons and split them. Everything was amazing and since we are all in college, we plan on studying there from time to time.“

“I was just in this morning! I was wanting to start the morning for my dogs with a special treat 🐕 ☀️ . The staff were so friendly to my fur babies and they get so excited to walk in. “Poets South- Okay, everyone needs to try Morning magic cheese bagel! Such a unique flavor experience! Spicy mustard, cheese and I get mine with bacon! After my first try a week ago I came back to get another one! I have been craving it! Staff seem really helpful and friendly. The coffee shop vibe is a bit retro with cool coffee shop tunes in the background! Chill!“

😊 The staff were friendly, efficient, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure every customer had a good experience. Even during a busy period, the atmosphere remained relaxed and welcoming.
☕ My drink was prepared exactly as ordered, and it tasted great. Consistency is one of the reasons I keep coming back to Starbucks, and this location definitely delivered.
🪑 The store was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to take a short break, recharge, and enjoy a coffee before getting back on the highway.
🚗 The location is convenient and easy to access, which is always appreciated when traveling through the area. Service was quick, and I didn't have to wait long for my order.

“Tried this for the first time! It was amazing! The staff were wonderful and took time to explain the menu and all the options to us. They were very helpful to answer all our questions. My husband and I both tried the 7 fizz sodas. We were shocked at how low the price was. They tasted amazing and we had a truly pleasant conversation with our employee while we waited on our drinks to be made. I would recommend them to any and everyone. Service with a smile and great tasting sodas! Thank you!“

“After traveling to Vietnam and returning home I was craving Vietnamese Food , coffee and Teas so bad. I was so excited to stumble upon Sweet Boba Cafe by chance and Low and Behold they make my new favorite sandwich which is the "Bahn Mi" and they customized it for me since I am a vegetarian. I am also in love with the Salted Passion Fruit tea. I highly recommend and feel so blessed to have found them. Like I say.... "It's the little things in life that can bring such joy."“

“We went here for the first time on Saturday as we noticed the shop driving down from another shop and decided to stop and check it out. So glad we did! We bought several donuts and one of their giant cinnamon rolls. It is now Tuesday and I took half of this giant delight and microwaved it for 35 seconds, put a bit of butter on it and I am telling you...THE BEST cinnamon roll ever! We live in Crossville so it is a little drive for us to get there, but we will be back!“

“They decorate wonderfully for the holidays and they usually make good coffee! One comment I have is that the staff can sometimes be grumpy. People are allowed to be grumpy as they are human beings and not corporate machines, but I’ve definitely had some uncalled for bark and bite that just kind of felt like wet socks. :/
That being said, the staff is usually friendly and the location is super cozy with outlets and warm lighting.“
“Excellent place to pick up coffee, I prefer it to the Starbucks store in town. The employees are always friendly, helpful, smiling and going the extra mile. I always enjoy stopping by, even if I'm not shopping at Food City and just picking up Starbucks.“
“Done with speedway after 25 faithfull years. I always looked the other way on the fuel prices being a few cents higher for the convenience and reward system but now that they have made it so that you cannot refill a gas card after 7:00 p.m. and you cannot use a gas card to pay at the pump there's absolutely no reason to continue paying extra prices on gas and merchandise. I knew when they were purchased by 7-Eleven that it would go downhill fast and it has I buy $500 gas cards per week to fuel up at pump multiple vehicles and work nights I can no longer refill my cards and my family cannot use the card to pay at the pump avoiding risking being skimmed with a credit card at the pump. they say it's because of fraud on gift cards but if an employee is not behind the fraud then how is their fraud how is refilling a gift card before 7:00 any less fraudulent then after 7:00 how is me coming in to pay with my kid card any more of a chance of being fraudulent than not an employee cannot tell if it was fraudulently filled inside anymore than they can outside goodbye Speedway“

“My car stalled out and would not start back up right beside the intercom. Every single worker at this location was incredibly kind while I waited for the wrecker to come and get my car for me. Right before I left, they actually brought my order out and comped it for me. They made a stressful time much more manageable for me.“

“Soul craft is my favorite coffee shop in town (and out of town 😆), with the best espresso, house made syrups and delicious drinks and treats. The campus location is especially great with its convenient location, parking, and airy/bright vibes. Customer service is always exceptional, friendly, and fast. Their friendly staff and delicious drinks set them apart! I always feel welcome there, whether to work, bring my kiddos, or the whole family! Would highly recommend an iced Cuban with cold foam!“
