“Food was really good, staff was friendly and efficient. Atmosphere was nice and quite but a few tables could of been cleaned up after they were used by other customers. I'm sure it was because we went there during/after the Sunday lunch rush and I'm sure they are understaffed just like many other food places in our area.. Overall, I give them a great 4 ⭐ which is an excellent rating in my opinion.

“Orders are done at a kiosk to the left as you come in. Luckily a patron told me what to do after standing near the dining area for awhile. There are cash only kiosks, but they are labeled. A ticket is supposed to be printed after paying. Nothing on the screen directs you to take the QR code ticket or where to find it. Confusing and again a patron helped.

The food was good, fresh, and hot. I ordered extra lettuce but only one leaf was on the sandwich. I'm not going to have it remade over less lettuce, wasteful.
The lady at the drink station was helpful in assisting using the QR codes to get your drink. I noticed there were many issues and she handled them.
Another employee was constantly cleaning the dining area. It looked great.“

I started ordering 2 medium 1 toppings from Pizza Hut and it feeds me and both of them for under $20 and they love it. Well, me too. Almost every Sunday night, the crew on Neal St. knock it out of the park. I say almost every Sunday because sometimes I don't babysit til Tuesday Or Wednesday. In which case, they still nail it. This has been going on for like...6 months lol I don't know why I never left a review before. They all deserve huge props and bigger raises.“

“Food is always cold. Always. Like, not even warm to the touch. If I order something without onions, it has onions. If I ask for mustard, I either get no mustard and all of the mayo in the world, or all of the mustard in TN. No one wants that much condiment on a burger. The fries and tots are always cold, burnt and greasier than anything. I've been there 3 times in 3 years, always hoping it will be better next year. Here's to 2024. I Never write reviews for fast food but I had to for this experience. We got triple smash burgers and omg they were so delicious!!! The burger was put into box with care. Perfectly placed patties on the bun. I know its dumb to mention it but so often when you get fast food it looks like they tried to make it ugly or really angry and fast while making it. Chili cheese fries are always delicious and a cherry coke to wash it all down. Just fantastic. Everything boxed with care. It was a fairly long wait, however, very understandable because it was packed and food came out hot and fresh, even the fries. It was like it was cooked to order. Highly recommend those new smash burgers!“

“I had no problem with this mc donalds. I am from out of state and they didn't have strawberry cream pies like my home state mc donalds do. Other than that food was fresh and hot. Think I went here for lunch once and 2 times for breakfast. No issues.“
