Ordered a large veggie pizza, carry out. Cooked well done. Deborah, who was working the counter was cheerful and welcoming. She made sure everything was correct and I was happy before I left with my pizza. She made the experience pleasant. The pizza was fantastic and perfectly prepared. We will definitely order from this Pizza Hut again. The inside was clean and payment was fast and easy.

The pies were easily ordered however the quantity of toppings was inadequate.sorry, no photo as my family was hungry and ate the food anyway. It would have taken 20 minutes to return, another at least 20 minutes for new pies to be made and another 20 minutes to drive back home. Pizza Hut does not deliver to my town due to its remoteness

I've been a Pizza Hut fanatic since childhood. I always pick up my pizzas. This is by far the best of Cookeville's 3 Pizza Hut locations as far as the most thorough ensuring that your order is correct and even asking you if you would like to see your pizza or order. They have always had my order waiting n ready when I arrived. The young manager was directing drivers cooks and counter persons all while personally waiting on walk in or pick up customers.
