Dairy Queen in Crossville

“i’ve been coming to this Dairy Queen for two years. The service is always great. The food is always great. The young girls that are always working are always the sweetest, and have never once been rude to me, but since they have gotten new owners in the past two months I have also noticed a new guy in the back in the kitchen and he is not that nice when I come in he is always on his phone and I have to hear the girls tell him to make his orders and he gets rude with them when they tell him even though it is his job and shouldn’t be told but overall the food is great. The service is great.“

“I would like to start with how well my son & I are treated when we come here. (Which is almost daily) They greet us with smiles and jokes. Kind of feels like family!! 🙂 The majority of the time we go through the drive thru but the times I’ve went inside, it is always clean! I’ve seen where others have complained with the wait time but honestly every single time we have went, we do have to wait but I would rather wait and get it hot & fresh than to get it quick and it be cold. We also go early morning and usually get lunch sooo probably why we have to wait. But I’m totally cool with it!! We love this DQ and the staff, which is why we always come back!!!“
