“We got the awesome $19.99 special. Chicken was great and so we're the biscuits and pinto beans. They had a different flavor but good. The issue is that we also got mashed potatoes but no gravy. Why? Didn't realize until my husband got home with the meal.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“Typical& average experience for fast food @ this price. We spent around 14.00$ for 2 for some pre- supper food that would tide us over till we got home, & cooked a meal.They were very busy. There's almost always a wait.However,this location, & restaurant chain in general has great, hot food that is almost always worth the wait.“

“My wife and I attended the Grand Opening today and it was fantastic! We counted 9 staff members cranking out sandwiches and it was super busy. They did a great job getting everything out quickly and our food was great! The gentleman at the register "Trinton" was the perfect guy for that job. He is a super friendly guy with a calming presence that really helped within that super crazy busy environment. I think they are doing a great job, and the food was great! GOOD JOB Jersey Mike's! Thanks for being properly prepared for the big rush on opening day!“

“Made a quick stop here to this Wendy's in Crossville, Tennessee, after driving down 298. It is in a Pilot gas station and is easily accessible. When I came, it was quiet and empty, but the staff were very nice and kind. The food I got was decent - it was not super hot but it did taste good. I've been to worse Wendy's, as this one was very clean as well.“

“Saturday, June 13th: Katherine and I had a late lunch. The place was very clean and everyone we dealt with was very pleasant. The young lady who brought our food was very upbeat and positive. As we were eating I observed this same young lady helping two elderly ladies, one was abit confused about where the forks were, this young lady took the time to retrieve a fork and asked if the lady needed anything else from that counter, all the time beig upbeat and cheerful. Now if my business involved face to face customer service this is the type of person I would hire and/or recommend!! Regretfully, we asked her name as we left and of course neither can recall it. But you keep it up young lady, your type of attitude will take you farther than you can imagine.“

“Y'know what I love? Subway sandwiches. Y'know where I hafta go for a good one? THIS LOCATION. I don't even live in Crossville, but I will always snag a sandwich from this place when I go through, even if I'm not hungry. That's just dinner for later! It's clean, the veggies are crisp, and the bread is fresh. At the Subway near my place it's rare for those three things to be true at once. As if that weren't enough, the staff have always been really chill and helpful. My only issue on atmosphere is with the outside, not inside. The cat pee is rrreally strong on your way in, and that's a turnoff if you don't know how awesome the other side of the door is.“

“Went to Burger King for lunch because of their low-carb options and getting extra points when using Fetch. We like the low-carb Bacon King sandwich only option.
Dietary restrictions: They have a low carb option if you are eating a Keto diet.“

“Daniel Parsons, manager of the Crossville Hardee's is an excellent person. Great personality. I was complimenting him on such good service. Long storey short I told him to keep up the good work and he could make manager, and he did. He needs help so bad as I go to get breakfast he is so often working alone. Doing it all. He never complaines. Always has great attitude. Please get more involved and help him to keep from leaving. He can help your business so much. He already has, you can see the traffic picking up.“

“Good sandwiches, staff was very pleasant & accommodating. The restaurant was neat & clean.
Parking: Plenty in back & disability parking in front.
Wheelchair accessibility: The front door is a tad heavy but the employees quickly rushed to assist, then watched over me while I was there & dashed to help me exit. Great customer assistance in its truest form! PS, the tuna was super fresh & they have a drive-thru window!!“

“This KFC was very busy due to the 127 yardsale and they were out of a few things at the time of our order, we dined in however they made us some fresh and brought it to us.Food was great. Employees were very nice. My absolute biggest complaint and only complaint is as a family restaurant why is there not a changing table in this very new looking bathroom? You think KFC you think family but that isn't very family oriented to me especially when there is plenty of room.“
