“It has been a couple years since I’ve ordered anything from this location because of bad past experiences with the quality of the food.

Today (6/17/26), I gave it a try just to see if things had changed, and they have!! It is much more like what Papa John’s was back in the 90s and 2000s. I’ll certainly be going back when the pizza craving hits because it is back to being the best pizza in town!!!“

“I walked in and was greeted by a young lady by the name of Caitlin. She was friendly and acted like she cared about me as a customer. She smiled and spoke with confidence and was very helpful. I asked her about the new Philly sandwich and she explained them to me and said she liked the grilled chicken Philly. I ordered what she suggested and I have to say it was the best sandwich I have had in years. Thank you Caitlin for your help and for treating me like I was a guest and making me feel like you cared. It’s so nice to see this these days. Keep up the good work young lady. You are going somewhere in life.“

I spent $39+ and got to Pikeville and only had half of my order after waiting for 20 minutes. Let's not forget when I placed my order the person took about 5 minutes to check and see if they had any chicken available. It's a chicken restaurant. How do you not have chicken? My next visit will be to talk with a manager and a refund that I deserve.“
