“Atmosphere gets 5 stars, because I was in my car. So, I stopped at this McDonald's because it is in the same town my vet is in. I won't be coming back to this McDonald's. First, I was told that they were out of mild sauce and that I have to get the hot sauce. OK, remember that... We ordered our food, the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel meal with a coke, and the breakfast burrito meal with a caramel iced coffee. So, when we got to the pickup window, our food was all ready to go. That was a first, btw. Happy, we pulled off. On the road, I went through the bag, because we also ordered a couple orders of bacon on the side for our dog. We'll, he didn't want it, didn't even like the smell of it 😳😳. So, as I was going through the bag, I found that we got 1 burrito and 1 sauce. Now, I know that you only get 1 sauce per burrito, but there should have been 2 of each. So, we went back. I took the bag of food, including the bacon, and receipt inside. The first thing I noticed was there were 3 guys in the lobby talking to an employee about their order that was already paid for. A supervisor came up and fixed their problem, by allowing them to switch out from breakfast food to lunch food. When she was finished, she walked past me without looking at me or acknowledging me. So, I stood there, patiently. The employee that was talking to the guys came to me and asked me if she could help me. I told her about the missing burrito and that I just need the 1 burrito and 1 sauce for the burrito. She turned around and hollered to the back, that she needs 2 burritos. After 10 minutes and overhearing a conversation between her and the supervisor about the employee messing up almost all the out going breakfast orders. She was sent home. Then, another supervisor came to me, she heard what Ai had to say, then she turned around and hollered to the back that she needed 1 burrito. That was the only time I saw her. At the 15 minute mark, my husband came in to see what was going on and taking so long. I let him know that we were waiting for my burrito. He went back to the car. Then the first supervisor came to me and asked me what I needed. I explained the whole thing to her, and she, at one point, asked what sauce I wanted. I told her that I had wanted mild but was told that they were out of mild sauce. OK, remember when I said to remember that thing about the sauce? Well, she turned around and pulled out 2 mild sauce packets 😳😳. Then she hollered to the back that she needs 1 burrito. Another 10 later, I decided to get a refund, instead. I wasn't able to get her attention, because she was too busy filling orders for the drive thru. Another, employee, that wasn't even on duty, came to me. I let him know that I wanted a refund. He went to the supervisor and told her. All she did was turn, look at me, then went back to filling drive thru orders. The lobby was getting full, because they had no one one the register for the lobby. People kept leaving. Then, my husband came back in, he was pretty upset, he told me to just get a refund because he wasn't going to eat cold food. I let him know that I was already on it. He went back to the car. During that conversation, there were other employees in the lobby waiting to login for their shift. One of them was another supervisor. When she clocked in, she immediately came to me. I explained everything to her, she said that she will take care of it. She apologized for everything and gave me the refund. I thanked her, gave her a smile to let her know I knew it wasn't her fault. We went to Hardee's for our food. My husband was able to get his breakfast, I got a lunch order, and our dog scarfed down the hamburger I gave him. We won't be back to this McDonald's again.“
