“My girls and I went there last weekend! We loved it there! It was our first time every going and everyone made us feel so welcomed! We had such a good time that one of my friends left her cell phone there😜 Thanks Joe for coming so early in the morning so that she could get her phone back! This is definitely a “must try” in Memphis!!!“
“Excellent front desk staff and nice location; however, terrible valet experience both days (first day they tried to give us the wrong vehicle and the second day it took over 30 minutes for them to bring our vehicle around) . Our room was nicely appointed, but we could hear every outside noise and bright light from the hallway filtered into the room. The hotel has ear plugs in the hallway, but even with ear plugs the room is not very dark.“

“A wonderful experience all around. Wade was an exceptional server as were all the staff that touched our table. The food was excellent and the pink Cadillac from the bar was top notch!! Everything was cooked and presented perfectly, especially the sweet potatoes!!!- a campfire delicacy. And the deviled eggs and presentation were fabulous!!!!! Can’t wait to return and try something new on the menu!“

“This was a date night. Ruth Chris affirms special occasions. Sonia was our waitperson. Attentive, alert, and fun, she ensured the timely progression of the evening with sizzling steaks arriving on cue. She left no stone unturned and her ability to connect with the customer was magical. “I like to have business lunches at Seasons because the service is quick, the food is good, and the cost is reasonable. I made a reservation and asked to be seated at a booth in the bar. I intentionally arrived a few minutes before my reservation as I was meeting someone I did not know and did not want them to have to wait for me. When I arrived, I explained to the hostess that my guest, whom I did not know, would be meeting me. She assured me my guest would be led to my table once she arrived. I was led to a booth in the very back of the bar where it was difficult to see people arriving. After about 10 minutes, I went back to the hostess to remind her I was meeting someone, I told her my guest's name, and I was once again assured my guest would be bought to my table. Several minutes later, the hostess leads a woman to the booth next to mine. The woman tells the hostess she was meeting someone. We both sat alone for another 5 minutes before we both started to get out from our booths to ask if we were meeting each other. We were! Very embarrassing and both of us sat alone unnecessarily. This was very unprofessional on the part of the host staff who could have easily asked my guest her first name, assuming they paid any attention to my request.“

“This is a great restaurant for an upscale lunch. I love the lobster salad and get it every chance I can. On this visit, I paired it with the butternut squash and apple soup. Both were the delicious and the service was great. Andrew, our server, was training another server, and they both were very attentive and responsive.“

“We have dined at Flemings Las Vegas numerous times over the past years (15+ ago) so we were excited to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary at Flemings Memphis. We were greeted by the host staff and shown to our table, including a small place card celebrating our anniversary. Our server, Kimberly, was phenomenal!! Atmosphere was lovely as expected. We ordered a bottle of wine, 6 oysters on the half shell, wedge salad, lobster bisque, scallops, king crab and two sharable sides. Everything was great except.....the scallops were quite small. I mean, no more a single bite each, and a not a big bite or mouthful. But maybe a silver dollar size each. They literally got lost in the dish/bowl amongst the mushrooms, and greens. The small size affected the cook as they were slightly over done (I have eaten plenty of scallops so I understand what the appropriate texture is). My wife throughly enjoyed her king crab but I was disappointed in my scallops, making my experience far less then expected and as experienced from Flemings Las Vegas. I do understand that there may have been a "supplier issue", having worked in the food industry for years, but serving a substandard (IMO) dish is far worse then telling a customer that a dish isn't available due to "ingredient quality issues". I did mention the portion concerns to the restaurant management to which they apologized but the truth is, the "damage" was done. All in all, the experience was OK, highlighted by the awesome wait staff, including others that assisted Kimberly!! We will probably visit Flemings Memphis again the future, but I doubt I will order the scallops (a favorite of mine) again.“
