The ham and cheese sliders are great, the sweet and sour meatballs are fantastic, and the shrimp cocktail was the best shrimp cocktail I have ever had. For dinner we did strawberry spinach salad, parmesan crusted chicken, pork loin, mashed potatoes, green beans, mac and cheese, and rolls. Not a single guest had anything bad thing to say about the food- everything was great. We had 200 guest and had it buffet style and even the last tables to be served had food that was steaming. Hot, quick, and delicious. Couldn't ask for better!“
