We moved here at the beginning of the year. We are huge fans of the Culver’s chain, enjoy them across the country. Since moving here, coming frequently, I have experienced nearly each time our order not being as ordered, even after confirming a couple of times. Today, when the error was pointed out, I was greeted with a blank stare and no offer to make right the wrong order. Raw burger, fries weren’t cooked. Burnt triple melt. I drive all the way from Calderwood Hwy and get home and this is what we had. I guess I will have to go back to the Knoxville one. This is not the first time things haven’t been good.
Ordered two cheese burgers and got meat cheese and nothing else. Ripped off
