Food is always cold. Always. Like, not even warm to the touch. If I order something without onions, it has onions. If I ask for mustard, I either get no mustard and all of the mayo in the world, or all of the mustard in TN. No one wants that much condiment on a burger. The fries and tots are always cold, burnt and greasier than anything. I've been there 3 times in 3 years, always hoping it will be better next year. Here's to 2024.

They never answer the button when pushed, have even had us wait 20 minutes before and turned the lights off on us. If you are doing a mobile order it’s fine but otherwise they don’t seem to want business.
