I used Zaxby’s order ahead option, and the app instructed me to pick my order up through the drive thru. I arrived and the drive thru line overflowed out of the parking lot. After waiting 30 minutes to get to the drive thru speaker, we were instructed to wait in a specific pick up spot. After waiting in the designated spot for 20 minutes, we called the store and informed them of how long we had been waiting. Now I know why there are more employees than customers when I go in there... Absolutely terrible customer service! I called to complain that no one even apologized that I had to drive back up there to get the right food, manager said he would “talk to them”. I asked if he was going to say he was sorry & he just laughed. Chikfila all the way for me!
