He was very patient and so helpful as he explained everything to us, offered suggestions, and took extra care with my wife’s gluten allergy. “What can you say about Mattheessens? This is the best cookie place in the entire world! Was it the alcohol.... maybe, was it because the cookies are as big as your head..... potentially, was it because the cookies are fresh and absolutely delicious.... definintely!!!! If you are in the Nashville area this is, in my opinion, a place you have to stop at!“
“Omg today is Valentines Day ❤️🤎 and I had to review the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Brownie. It’s perfect, all those different layers and flavors. It’s hard to choose what’s my fav, the strawberries, the chocolate on top or the wafer!! The brownie taste so good and soft as well. This one’s pretty big I def could not even eat half of it so sharing it would be great. There was a time I came into crumble weekly but I’ve changed to watch my sugar consumption lol 🙈💔 The staff are very sweet here and always doing a great job when we come by. Thank you.“

“It has been a while since I've had Crumbl and I don't remember the chocolate chip cookie being so thick, I didn't care too much for that. But they have an awesome rewards system because as I said it's been a while since I've been there and I had enough points to get one of my cookies free.“
“I would highly recommend! Today I had a red velvet cake pop today and it was amazing! The decoration was very appealing to the eyes. The cake was moist, tasty, and held onto the stick perfectly while I enjoyed every bite! Two thumbs up!“

“I’ve had Crumbl Cookies three times now, and each experience has been delicious. The cookies are consistently fresh, soft, and well-made, and it really feels like you can’t go wrong with any of the rotating flavors.
Favorite Flavors.
A couple that stood out to me in particular were the strawberry shortcake and carrot cake—they were especially flavorful and memorable compared to the rest.
Nutrition & Indulgence Factor.
One thing to keep in mind is that the cookies are definitely rich and fairly high in calories, sugar, and fat, which is pretty typical for oversized gourmet-style cookies.
Because of that, I personally see them as more of a special-occasion treat or occasional indulgence rather than an everyday dessert.
Final Thoughts.
Overall, it’s been a great experience all three times, and I would definitely go back again to try more flavors. If enjoyed in moderation, they’re absolutely worth trying.“

“This is the only location I’ve ever been to bc I live right next door, and I think they got new management or something bc it was cool before but now the service it always top tier from the friendly hellos to willingness to help you decide (when really you want all the cookies). Shoutout to Kiki for being extra personable and sweet, I hope that life always blesses you back with the beautiful energy you give! 10/10“
