Everything I've ordered here has been delicious! The staff is happy and fun to chat with! The owners truly care and the other locations in Murfreesboro are equally as great! The Boro Protein and Energy bar located inside Avalon Athletic Club off of Memorial boulevard and The Nutrition Spot off church street! Definitely my go to for protein and energy!
