I had a pleasant experience, I ordered through the app and once I got to the drive-through, my food was actually hot and ready for me. The only issue I had, was that my French fries weren’t right, I parked my car went back in and the manager was so sweet. She instantly took my bag and made me a brand new fry, which was nice and hot with no Attitude, nor was she dismissive. That was my first time actually coming here, I’ll definitely be back ✨

This Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is PLK#13120. Firstly, the receipt lists an incorrect store number so that you cannot fill out the survey online. I found the store number from another review posted here so I was sharing that for other customers who may be confused.

Great food. Horrible service. Employees act like you are an inconvenience by ordering food. No thank you. No hello. "What can I get you" then "$9.02". Those were the only words I got...*update- they seemed to have gotten a little better with the service.You get a few more words, maybe a hello, now
