“I've lived in Arlington for 3 years now but I've never eaten at this Pizza Hut due to the reviews. Kept seeing TV commercials for the original pan pizza that I used to love back in the day so I went for it. I've had it three times now in the past month and yet to have an issue with customer service or quality. Pizza is always ready when it says it will be. I'm certainly not afraid to trash a place if I get bad service but I've been happy here lately. However the guy behind me may have had an issue because the young lady said she would need to talk to him about his order. Working at a Pizza Hut when I was a teenager was a fun time. Nothing wrong with having a good time as long as the work is being done properly. I guess they've got new management now. Either way I will continue to shop here for the time being. Thank you for my dinner guys.“

“They gave me the wrong order and ran out to my car so they could give me my correct order, a freshly made pizza, cheesey,cheese, they were super on catching the problem quickly and correcting it in a timely manner, BRAVO Arlington little caesar's pizza location.“

“Ordered food online and it said it would be ready in 16-21 minutes. I ordered at 6:42 and arrived at 7:00. There were several people waiting for orders with one person advising they placed their order at 4:00 to be ready at 6:45. They finally got their food at 7:10. All of this while the manager sat in the back corner not even trying to help the employees get food out to guests. I finally received my food at 7:30…48 minutes after ordering and 27 minutes after when they said it would be ready. I now see why the reviews for this restaurant are low because management doesn’t even care to get up and help to ensure guests are taken care of. Very poorly run restaurant. Get someone that cares about getting the food to the guests in the time you say it’ll be or at least gets up to show some hospitality to the guests waiting forever for their food.
Update: I’ve ordered 3 times since this review and switched it from 1 star to 5 stars. The last 3 times my pick up order was ready when it said it would. Staff is very hospitable. I check my bag every time and today I was missing a 6 piece wing. The employee apologized and got it for me by the time I was done filling up my drinks.“

“I had a last minute large order because my family and I were expecting guests. I thought that could possibly affect the quality of my food and maybe even receive it at a later time. However this team proved me wrong! My food was still hot and fresh! I can not thank you all enough. This store is under AMAZING management!“

“I never have problems usually, this is the only time I have had any issue. I was a manager at a pizza chain for 3 years, and I know when a stuffed crust is a new item, that it could be easily undercooked due to inexperience with the extra dough in general. The pizza itself was very pale, very chewy with an odd flavor, the pizza was falling apart which just means it needs to be pushed back on the conveyer oven a little bit longer than the usual large pizza. Just a little bit of constructive criticism for consistency.“

“Walked in to this location to order pizza through door dash for pickup and Andrea went above and beyond with a smile to help me out while placing my order .I wish I could take Andrea to every place of business bc more business need people with a Great attitude ,eargerness to help “

“This has to be a joke, right??? Ordered Chicken quesadillas and received dry chicken wrapped in greasy tortilla...no cheese or anything else that by definition resembled a quesadilla. Extremely poor quality and someone who honestly just doesn't care about their job. I will NEVER IN LIFE ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SHAM OF A RESTAURANT. BUYER BEWARE!!“

“Lots of places in Memphis cook chicken. However, none of them cook it like they. Double fried and uniquely delicious. Only thing I didn't really care for was the pickled radish. It was decent but didn't seem to quite flow with the chicken. All the sauces were good too.“

“The food has always been GREAT. Because my food is correct and prepared correctlyI overlooked the drink station is never clean? There's always 2 or more cashiers. The kitchen area and counters always look clean. There's not much service. They take the order, collect my money and my order is correct? Always on their phones... I wish they could stop the people from hanging outside and asking for money or trying to sell me something. It's very uncomfortable.
Parking: Parking is crowed in the front around dinner time. I'm not sure if the people outside or homeless or not. I don't like being approached going to and from my car asking for money or selling stuff I can get at Walmart. Just watch your surroundings.“

“I ordered a Stromboli and got a calzone instead with the wrong items on it. Didn’t realize until I was back to my hotel! The calzone was delicious anyway!
I really enjoyed the Italian sausage that is sliced. The red sauce was great and not too sweet! I will return, next time getting my Stromboli.“
