“It is seldom that a business exceeds expectations but Crave Sweets decorating team knocked it out of the park on my sons Groomscake, it was the ole miss stadium with the grove…attention to detail was flawless and the taste incrediable! “I had 2 today from Lightfoot Farms market and while the texture is great the flavor was lacking. One was strawberry and had no strawberry flavor at all. The other was French Toast and was sweet but had no particular flavor at all. Not worth the roughly $13.50 I paid for the two.“

“Not being from the area. I ordered online before heading to gym for game. Anyway my order wasn’t ready. Upon entering. Laken asked my name. But greeted me first she said I’m two orders ahead of yours. I said okay. She was moving so fast. No one seemed overwgelmed. They all worked fast. Anyway I asked about honey packets and she asked how many more I needed. Then I asked about peppermint. She asked did I want her to add I said yes please. She said for future it’s an option on the app. I said thank you. ALL while working. She didn’t ignore me. I wish all locations were like this. I will be bask when we’re in area. Thank you for great customer service. On a Saturday morning Nov 1st at 12 p.m. everyone worked great together.“

“Have been coming to this McDs for years and have always enjoyed it. Just 2 concerns I can never get over that I hope are addressed soon. 1. The Men’s bathroom automatic sink puts out water that is scalding - I mean peel your skin off hot, as in it could injure someone! Easy enough fix if anyone reads these. 2. With no paper towels in the bathrooms and the requirement to pull the door open with a handle, it would be super nice to to have a way to open the door with one of those foot openers. This prevents having to touch an inevitably bacteria soaked handle with clean hands before going to eat (or serve). Also want to give a shout out to Genevieve! She is the nicest person I’ve ever met in a customer service role. She’s friendly, poignant, and always professional. Manager material! Thank you for reading!“
