We had another terrible experience at the Wendy’s on Airline Hwy. in Arlington, TN. The staff is consistently unfriendly. I have been visiting Wendy’s across the country for many years and this is one of the worst.
Their scanning system very seldom accepts the national online coupons.
This evening it would not accept the 1 cent jr. bacon cheeseburger coupon with another purchase. As usual, the manager on duty told me he could do nothing to help us.

I personally don’t care for fast food these days simply because the poor service and lack of professionalism. But tonight on our way to the lake we stopped at this Wendy’s and let me tell you something. I can only be led to believe that the man we encountered is the manager and he deserves recognition. We had to wait for our food but he was incredibly friendly, joked with us and turned our wait into a great experience when he brought our food out! Super friendly, joking around...read full review
The employees are serving food with no masks on during a global pandemic as our city is considered a hotspot for transmission. When discussed with the manager, he admitted to being the one with no mask (part of the problem). He was also using very inappropriate language at the drive thru window “I ain’t messing with none of these h03$” very very distasteful and unprofessional.

The Spicy Chicken sandwich is an absolute masterpiece with a fiery kick, fresh toppings, and a soft bun. The ideal companion is a serving of natural-cut fries with a perfectly salted crunch. However, some food like nuggets can sometimes taste old and not fresh. The employees can be rude and online orders can take a long time to receive.
