Worst customer service possible. My daughter and I went there and she ordered the shrimp salad, ate the shrimp off the top and the plate was still full of salad, she was kinda full and was getting up to go to the bathroom, the waitress asked if she was finished, she said yes but box the rest. The waitress trashed it all and refused to take it off the bill or give us another of what she threw away. Bad service and even worse customer service.
ordered a burrito and it had a full porkchop bone in it. Manger gave money back but how could the person making the burrito not know lol were not talking a small bone, it was a full size porkchop bone

El Jinete Mexican Restaurant is a popular spot with a packed house, especially on Friday nights. The hostess welcomes guests warmly, while the servers are top-notch, providing excellent service. The food, including dishes like Nachos Fajita Jalisco and Choriqueso, has a good flavor, with the salsa being a particular highlight. The atmosphere inside is nicely decorated, although the tables are quite close together. While some may find the proximity of the seating a drawback, the overall experience is enjoyable. The restaurant also has a bar area and offers good value for the money. Customers often comment on the restaurant's cleanliness, spaciousness, and fresh, hot food. The bathrooms are noted as clean and smelling nice. If you enjoy spicier salsa, ask for their hot salsa, which is delicious. Service is generally quick, with little to no wait for tables or refills. Many visitors find this to be their go-to spot for Mexican food, appreciating the large selection of vegetarian dishes and the reasonable prices—often under $30 for two people. The atmosphere features Mexican music in the background, adding to the authentic feel. The front entrance is level with the parking lot, making it accessible for wheelchair users. Overall, El Jinete is a recommended choice for those seeking flavorful Mexican cuisine in a friendly setting.
