I reached out a while back about my order being wrong, wanting what I paid for refunded and Chris I think it was the owner, district manager whichever called me. I was working and missed it, called back got voicemail and never heard from him again, so my order wasn't fixed for a $18 pizza I customized. I just like the cheese pizza
So I've ordered before from little ceasars in Athens TN, with little issue. This particular time I ordered online for a pickup order. At 12:50 it said my pizza was in the oven. And pickup time would be estimated at 1:16.
We get there and I check for updates at 1:10 and it says its still in the oven. They looked busy, but out of curiosity I looked up average cook time for their pizzas. Average bake time is 5 to 8 mins. I waited till 1:20 and still no update it still says...read full review
