The advertisement with the new burger looked great on TV. I ordered me and my wife one and they were disappointing. Burger was cold, didn’t fit the bun, cheese wasn’t melted and the fries were cold. I ate two greasy cold fries and threw them away. The burger had a potentially good taste but was way too cold to be satisfying.
