“I have been wanting to go here and finally got the chance. We pulled up and my wife wasn't sure about it. It is a small, unpretentious looking place but once she opened the door it was all over but the eating. Kenji, Saundra and the staff were very gracious, helpful and friendly. We arrived at 4 PM to miss the crowd. We started with fried rice which was the best I've had in years. Then my wife had the noodles and pork and I had the bibimap skillet. The flavors were mouthwatering. No other way to describe it. Don't think about it. Just go if you can. My new favorite spot around Nashville. They were even featured on Diners, Drive Inns and Dives.“

“This might be the single greatest Chinese place I’ve been to! It’s served family style and the food was amazing.
10/10 recommend
The green onion pancake as an appetizer was perfection. The squid was phenomenal in texture and taste!“

“Fantastic meal! Love the menu. We sat outside but beautifully elegant ambience inside. About an hour or so before we walked over to eat I stopped in and got a menu and the ladies at the hostess podium were super kind. When we came back we were again met by a very helpful employee, Delilah. She sat us immediately and ended up being our server for the meal. She was thorough and knowledgeable. The service and the meal were perfect! We will absolutely be regularly returning and we will be requesting Delilah every time. Great experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone! P.S.- They do lunch from 12-3pm, happy hour (including apps) from 3-6pm. And apparently they have a rooftop (kid friendly) open on Friday & Saturday evenings until 12am.“

“This place was an absolute surprise for just a random roadside noodle shop. The Beef Teriyaki- Yaki-Style bowl is a great combination of pan fried noodles and sweetly slathered beef strips with crispy veggies and the chicken pot stickers are some of the best quality I've ever had at ANY Asian restaurant. The service was great even though there is a definite language barrier there at the register. Just as a random afterthought I enjoyed the muti-fork-chopstick utensil idea. Even though my trusty sidekick was more useful after one or two bites.“

“Awesome Japanese fare in a cozy little place! The people are very nice, give large portion sizes, and the service is very fast. It's affordable and near Vandy campus as well which is a plus. They also recently expanded the menu, so there's lots of good selection.“

“We just got back from an incredible dinner here. The restaurant was perfect, the food was top-notch, and the price was just right. We shared three plates and a dessert. Perfect amount of food. My spouse had one of the adult capri suns which was a fun drink with a light that set the mood for the evening. We had the mi cucumber starter which was super flavorful. We also ate the k pop chicken (incredibly good and a great sized portion), the glass noodles (delicious), and caramelato for dessert (it was a spectacular ice cream with crunchy crumbles of toffee). We will DEFINITELY come back. And we will highly recommend this restaurant to all our friends. Oh—and the owner came to our table to explain everything to us. He said this restaurant was his baby and you could tell he has taken great pride in creating a great experience for customers. A+“
“I order from this restaurant EVERY TIME I’m in the area! The Pineapple Fried Rice and Mango Sticky Rice is AMAZING! By far, the absolute BEST I’ve ever had. And, the customer service is Above & Beyond. If you like Thai food - YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!“

“The good reviews are spot on! A++++! So good! I ordered the mixed vegetables and sweet and sour chicken. Both are fantastic! I ordered online and picked it up myself. It was packaged very well and everything was fresh and hot when I got home. I also got a small egg drop soup but I’ve had better so I won’t order that again but I’m still giving Asian Taste 5 stars. I will absolutely be back! Thank you!“

“7pm on a Saturday night, not busy but slow service. The goyza tasted "fishy" (do they put seaweed in the goyza here? That seems strange if they do), the sushi was ok but was unevenly cut leading to some comically large bites. The ramen comes with a fried egg, which just doesn't hit as well as a marinated ramen egg and the katsu pork I'm pretty sure what just a sysco pre-breaded pork chop which wasn't especially tender or flavorful. I have had better experiences here in the past but it fell way short of the mark this time. Also they seem to have some strange obsession with putting asparagus in almost everything, so if you love asparagus this may be your jam but I don't find it works great in sushi rolls.“

“I recently catered from Keriyaki and was thoroughly impressed! The vegetable fried rice, Mongolian beef, chicken lo mein, and chicken and broccoli were all excellent—fresh, flavorful, and with generous portions. Jenny was incredibly accommodating, ensuring everything was perfect for our event. The Chinese donuts were a crowd favorite! Highly recommend them for any catering needs.“

“I've drove by many times by and i never see it open, up until now. Perhaps I've been in many places here in Nashville to express my humble opinion but I must say, this is the best and authentic Japanese place I've eaten! May not look fancy and/or out of date but I can assure that the food isn't! Stop by, you would like it I'm sure of it.
When we got there, we saw a few tables with empty plates, this speaks louder that words honestly lol“

“Excellent spot for a quick sushi lunch.
Great service.
I got the 2 roll lunch special and edamame. That's a lot for $20!
Everything tasted fresh and came out at the appropriate temperature.

“My "3" overall rating was because they were out of coffee! I look forward to having a good cup of coffee with my mid-day lunch but I was told that somebody "forgot to order" coffee so they were out and had been out for a couple of days. I asked for a Root Beer instead. Guess what, the drink machine was out of the carbonation so I couldn't get that either. Just didn't feel too good about a restaurant that serves both these beverages being out of them for a few days! Lol. Everything else was a very definite "5" star rating. My server(Jordan)was great. He was very apologetic for the lack of drinks, he was knowledgeable about the menu, friendly but still professional, attentive but not intrusive. He let me enjoy my food. The particular lunch special I got included an Appetizer, Entre and choice of Rice and it was about half the dinner price. I ordered the Crab Rangoon and it was delicious. It was hot, fresh and fried to a nice crunch. For my entre, I had the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl with Fried Rice and it was excellent. The chicken was tender, the vegetables were crisp, the Teriyaki seasoning was perfect and the Pineapple chunks gave it a sweet and tangy taste. It's new but it may just become my favorite over the Spicy Orange Chicken. For dessert, I got the individual Key Lime Pie and it was so very good. But my favorite and I think the most delicious is still the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pie. You won't go wrong if you choose to dine at P.F. Chang's. I highly recommend it.“

“All of the sushi really has different personalities. I can rarely tell what my favorite of the evening is. There is an ipad touch screen to showcase all of the types of sushi. It is incredibly helpful. I felt nostalgic eating the Blue Ocean Roll. It is actual blue crab. My homesick gulfcoast soul is in love with those. I also really love the Atlantic roll with that sliver of lemon on top. 😋😋 🍣🍣😋😋🍥🍥😋😋 My oldschool fave: I love the bento boxes here.. I can never go wrong with a good balanced Bento Box from Koi. 🍱😋🍱😋🍱“
“Having grown up in the Netherlands I always wondered how the campus dining halls of the major universities in the USA would be. The Commons is an awesome place! It is situated at one of the nicest sites on the Vanderbilt campus and the dining hall has a superb selection of various foods: three different entrees to choose from during lunch in addition to a daily Asian dish (the rice is always very good), selection of 'diner foods', salad bar, an omelette station, sandwich station and a great variety of desserts. I wish we had such dining halls on Dutch University Campuses.“

“Oh my gosh. The best sushi I’ve had in Nashville!! And the Chicken Fried Rice….I mean, it will be my go-to comfort food from now on. The Peruvian sushi with the ceviche was my fave, followed closely by the Blink 182. Go. Go now. Why are you still reading this? GO!“

“I loved everything! BBQ Pork Banh Mi had so much flavor and was so fresh. The bread was still warm, soft yet crusty. I will absolutely be rushing back. The tiger drink with boba was great for me, they accommodated my sweetness and almond milk swap. Someone at the store recommended the fruit tea and it was so good! The fruit at the bottom of the Nashville Spring was a great ending to the drink.“

“I really like this place. The food is consistently good. I live nearby, so it’s very convenient. I live so close in fact that when they installed their new *extremely loud* electronic entry bell I can hear it ringing in my apartment every time someone opens the restaurant door. I’ve asked them about turning it down and they said “tough luck.” It’s so loud that I can’t imagine ever sitting in the dining room and eating there when you can get blasted by a blaring alarm tone with every customer who enters. Fix it and I’ll fix my rating.Edit: sounds like they turned down the obnoxious noise.“

“Love this place! The edamame dumplings are so incredible and the vui’s rice bowl with tofu is delicious. Staff is friendly and helps point you in the right direction. “They changed the owner and their whole menu!! Completely different place. The restaurant gets fully renovated. Good atmosphere and vibe now. I tried their Singapore mei fun which is amazing!! It’s curry flavored while most restaurants are plain. Their Egg Foo Young is also very tasty and unique. It’s like a fried egg outside but tender inside with meats and veggies. The side dipping sauce(I think it should be mashed potatoes sauce) goes well with it. Definitely a 10/10 Chinese restaurant in Franklin.“

“I got the pad see ew which is always my favorite Thai dish. It was good, but it was pretty greasy and the chicken was kinda stringy. My friend got the brisket fried rice and it was alright, however I’ll warn the brisket taste is very over powering and it was also greasy.
Service was fast and the food court was packed. Prices were not bad for downtown.“
