So very much helpful. Traveling through got stuck in a traffic jam for an hour decided to get off and eat because we can get to the exit and waited out and everybody we came in contact with was so super friendly and helpful food was as usual but there was a star inside of the Stars. The lady that was checking us out was super friendly and helpful and told me how to get around all of the mess up and to keep me from getting lost.
The Cracker Barrel in cool springs is great we had breakfast and everything was great it is ran like a Cracker Barrel is supposed to be ran I think it’s not like the one in Springhill that is so awful I would not recommend that one to anyone.

Our server was Zina (sp) and she was fantastic! Very personable and provided excellent service! However, the food has really gone downhill. Chicken was cold and mostly breading. The mashed potatoes were hard and cold and the pinto beans were hard.Parking: The location in Brentwood/Cool Springs has turned most of their front spaces into pick up spots meaning most guests have to park much farther from the door.
