She ensured I could get in my room and get comfortable so quickly and added time as I needed it. After very little sleep, I was so thankful to have Minute Suites and the life-saver lady who helped me and was so kind and understanding! Room was quiet, couch with blanket and pillow were so comfortable, Alexa provided white noise, and I could charge my electronics and knew my things were safe behind a locked door. Best layover ever.“

Our server, Liz, was simply outstanding. She was warm, attentive, and made sure every detail of our meal was just right—including preparing my sweet tea to absolute perfection! Her friendly personality and exceptional service truly elevated the entire experience.

“My experience at Skye Lounge was enjoyable. The atmosphere is refined and inviting, while the view is undoubtedly the centerpiece of the experience. The setting has a distinctive charm, and enjoying an evening against such a beautiful backdrop certainly makes the visit feel special.

I also want to offer a fair and transparent perspective on the food. We ordered the sushi boat, and while it was perfectly pleasant, it did not quite reach the level we had anticipated. If Publix sushi were the baseline, I would place it about two levels above—good and nicely presented, but not particularly remarkable. There was certainly nothing wrong with it; our expectations were simply a bit higher given the setting and price point.

Interestingly, after reading through other reviews, this seems to be a recurring sentiment. Many guests appear to praise the atmosphere and views while expressing more moderate opinions about the food. Of course, taste is subjective, and everyone’s experience may differ, but our impression was fairly consistent with that general theme.

Skye Lounge is also on the more expensive side. We spent approximately $100, which felt somewhat high when considering the food alone. However, it is important to recognize that the price reflects more than what is on the plate. You are also paying for the exceptional view, the ambiance, and the experience of being in such a beautiful setting. With that perspective, the cost feels more understandable.

Ultimately, I think Skye Lounge is best appreciated with the right expectations. The view and atmosphere are the true highlights, while the food is a pleasant complement to the experience.

I would recommend visiting at least once. For me, it would likely be a one-time experience, but one I am glad to have had. An exceptional view, an elegant atmosphere, and decent food—worth experiencing for the setting alone.“

“Each time we visit the food is fantastic. I like that the menu changes frequently.Recently we had a party there and rented the top floor. It was perfect! Management was easy to work with during party planning. There was space for kids to run around when they finished eating without disturbing other diners, the wait staff was very attentive, and the food was exceptional. It was perfect and very reasonably priced for what we received. We will be back!
