Fabian's Mexican Restaurant is the best Mexican food in Nashville and one of the best in the Brentwood area. The staff is 10 out of 10, and the service is attentive and efficient. The restaurant just did a FULL remodel and the place looks amazing. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food is clean with not a lot of excess grease. The chips and salsa are fresh and delicious. Menu highlights include tacos that are absolutely phenomenal, a quesadilla cooked to perfection, a shredded chicken burrito that is so good and clean, and a chimichanga cooked to a perfect golden crisp. The Gringa Texana (house special) is delicious. For dessert, try the fried ice cream or the rich, creamy flan. Portions are fantastic, often providing two meals for one. Lunch specials are incredibly affordable with huge portions. The place gets super packed and noisy around noon, so parking can be hard to find, but the staff is so efficient. Bottle beer is served with an ice cold frosted mug. Highly recommended.
