SWEETEST BARISTAS EVER!! No other Starbucks will make you feel as special as this one!!! The line usually moves along at a good pace and the drinks are always made well!
I was served my coffee at the table but they never brought my oats. I had to ask for them on my way out. Also, a week later, a friend and I ordered simple tapped coffee as in house guests and it took as long as Moses getting my first sip! They didn't apologize although they are all nice and draw hearts on the cups. Btw, whatever happened to all StarBx offering in-house guests an actual porcelain mug with the option of cheap refills? It feels more like a cold brew pick up place...read full review

Based on the reviews, this Starbucks location at 6680 feels like a second home. The staff and managers get along like one big family, and there is no negative energy in the atmosphere. The regulars remember customers and say hello, making people want to stick around to connect and converse. The people that work here are the absolute best: friendly, professional, and nice. The baristas are always smiling and fast with orders. When a customer’s drink and food items were stolen, the staff immediately remade and compensated for the items. The employees are very kind and always put in maximum effort. The manager is always checking in with the lobby, and a barista with pink hair always greets customers. It is always pretty busy and a very popular place. The parking lot can get congested, so some people park in the Kroger lot. Service is good and everyone is extremely friendly. This location makes the city feel more like home.
