Messed our order up. Gave us a hamburger in container with no bun instead of 6pc chicken McNugget meal.
I love the staff that works in the mornings! That lady has to have worked that window for 15 years now or more and she always is so friendly and smiling! They all are so awesome 👌! Thanks for the breakfast!!

McDonald's is a popular restaurant with a big, clean play place that can be a joy when lit. The fries are fresh and a highlight, and the happy meal is a delight. Quarter pound cheeseburgers are a staple, but some may get annoyed when water seeps out. The Franklin TN, near I65, location seemed very busy and understaffed. The service was slow and unorganized in the drive-through, taking almost 30 minutes to order and receive food. The staff was nice and friendly, but the fries were not hot, having been sitting in the bag for a few minutes. Despite the slow service, the 20pc McNugget and McChicken with a side of large fries is a popular choice, and the restaurant remains kid-friendly with its jungle gym.
